Diagnostic Service Engineer Infotainment*

This will make you grow:

You will work in close contact with After Sales support department and you will be first hand responsible of the analysis of diagnostic problems about vehicles in field, with particular focus on Infotainment-related issues
You will identify issue and root causes and collect all relevant information for problem identification (e.g. protocols, logs and traces). You will provide solutions by means of diagnosis tools, also supporting their development and improvement, and creation of ad-hoc documentation.
You will work in close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, engineering responsible and system specialists for collection of engineering information required for problem resolutions and issue investigation
You will be responsible for the preparation of reports and metrics about issues status and for the management and tracking of issues until closure, including attending to periodical alignment meeting
In case of particular or urgent problems, you will provide on-site support (sporadically abroad) to workshop and dealership network with the aim of providing faster and tailored support for problem resolution

And this is how you'll take us forward:

You have a technical degree, preferably in Electronics, Electric or Mechanical Engineering (Automotive Engineering profile is a plus)
You have a wide knowledge of automotive systems (especially on electric/electronics systems), including vehicle architectures, vehicle busses and technologies in general
You know automotive diagnosis tools.
You have a strong passion for cars and automotive business in general, with a special focus on Infotainment components and HMI.
You have good planning and self-management skills, and you are used to achieving of goals in prearranged deadlines while balancing multiple demands and shifting priorities.
Goodknowledge of English language (written and spoken
