EDAG Switzerland is taking part in the leading trade fair for the mobility industry in Bern for the first time this year. Innovative technologies and pioneering concepts from the transport/commercial vehicle, garage/workshop, aftermarket and bodywork sectors will be presented there from 8 to 11 November.

In addition to our commercial vehicle service portfolio, we will be presenting specialised content from the areas of embedded software and smart factory. The great interest after the first day of the trade fair is overwhelming. We are particularly pleased with the positive response to our EDAG CityBot, which is being presented to a wide audience for the first time in Switzerland," emphasises EDAG Switzerland Managing Director Anja Steinsiek.

The EDAG CityBot is a holistic approach to the urban mobility challenges of tomorrow and represents a comprehensive ecosystem. The multifunctional, highly automated robotic vehicles are networked with each other and with the infrastructure of the smart city. They are modular and multifunctional and can be configured around the clock as required via add-on modules, e.g. as a passenger cell, cargo carrier, city cleaning device or for green space maintenance.
