EDAG Engineering GmbH once again received a "Top Employer" award for its outstanding HR management on 6th February, 2020. 
For the 13th time in a row, the independent jury of the "Top Employers Institute" has presented EDAG, the world's largest independent development service provider, with a "Top Employer" award in the category "Engineers". Special mention was made of the outstanding working conditions at our company locations for example in Fulda, Ingolstadt, Sindelfingen, Munich, Wolfsburg and the it's consistent employee orientation. This year the company won third place in this category.

"An exceptional result, which we are very pleased about and regard as an acknowledgement of our continuous work and quality in HR management. As a mobility service provider, it is extremely important for us to have experienced employees who are both highly qualified and enjoy working for us. A total of 153 companies throughout Germany participated in the Top Employer competition this year – including 18 certified participants in the category "Engineers". 
The competing companies are put through a uniform validation process. Talent strategy, apprenticeships, training, development and corporate culture of the participating companies are all assessed.
